RECORDING A NEW ALBUM! On the 10:th of june we will start recording a new album in Stavanger/Norway. I´m pleased to announce that Janove Ottesen (Kaizers Orchestra) will produce once again. Also proud to announce that Børge Fjordheim (Cloroform), Sjur Miljeteig (The Leather Fashion) John Lilja (Jackman, Thomas Dybdahl), Morten Abel (himself) amongst others will join us in the studio.
The working title of the album is "No exception to the rule" and it will be finished on the 16:th of june.

Micke is also known as Micke Lohse, also known as the organplayer from swedens
finest band Atomic Swing. He recorded his piano album with a handful of rat poison in the dark woods of Sweden. Produced by Janove Ottesen from Kaizers Orchestra, hoasted by the jazztrumpet of
Sjur Miljeteig from The Leather Fashion, and a frequent stream of norwegian vagabond
musicians coming and going.
Ever since I heard my father play songs by Hugo Wolf and Robert
Schumann I knew that the stories I needed to tell were best
accompanied with the sound of a piano. For me these songs and recordings are
a very egoistic act of my own mind, although I´d love the idea of other people
being able to here my songs, I must confess that they are mainly for my wife,
my cat Ziggy, and my serial killer neighbour.
The future is unknown, as far as I´m concerned, and I kind of like
it to stay that way. I´ve travelled a long way to get this far and I
wouldn´t have the money to pay for a returnticket anyway. I`d rather die on the
verge of success than on my neighbour`s door steps.

Du har väl inte missat att det är konserter efter teatern i Gubbängen i helgen. Fredag kör De Osaligas Kapell och ..and the monodpressives kl kl 20:30 i foajén.
