The Traipsers have included in their show the song from Eddie Sulik ‘Make You Mine’, which was the last pilot song he recorded before his tragic car accident. His son Eddie Sulik Jr found the tape 34 years later, so brittle from time, had it re-mastered into a full song. Eddie Sulik was inducted into The Traditional Rockabilly Hall of Fame on 26 Januray 2000. See more about Eddie on his official myspace page (see top friends).
The Traipsers formed in Queensland April 2007. They perform the most popular 50s 60s style rockabilly/rock'n'roll as well as their own original style of funk and jump blues. Their live show includes music from Elvis, Buddy Holly and Eddie Cochran. These songs bring you back to the days of true entertainment. With traditional fashion from the 50s, the band put on a fantastic performance that is entertaining and exciting. The Traipsers also perform various one or two songs from well known artists such as Gene Vincent, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash, Stray Cats, Go Cat Go plus more.
The Traipsers also perform some rhythm and blues, with songs such as Help Me by Sony Boy Williamson and Kiddio by The Paladins (rockabilly). The Traipsers are a must see if you love your traditional rockabilly.

"Ticklin' The Strings" by Sweet Hollywaiians
Amazing Japanese hot string band playing 1920's, 30's, 40's style hawaiian, swing, calypso, blues, italian music and originals, featuring vintage instruments.3 songs with Robert Armstrong and Tony Marcus(from Robert Crumb and His Cheap Suit Serenaders)
"The Sweet Hollywaiians have probably the best feel for this 20's music of any string band working today. They manage the rare feat of sounding relaxed even when their playing is hot, are top notch musicians with tasteful arrangements and a full, rich, warm sound.Plus, they have a nice gamut of tunes, from King Nawahi to Giovanni Vicari to Bobby Leecan. See them live, if you can, for an unforgettable experience. If you can't, buy their Cds!" ~ Terry Zwigoff
