I really enjoy reading a good book, if I get into a book I become so engrossed in it that I usually don't stop, unless it is to eat, many times I have sat all day and night and then all morning in my bed just to finish a book.

His Dark Materials trilogy by Phillip Pullman, it was a really good read, detailed and interesting, really easy to read aswell, took me about a week and a half to get through the three books, I advise you to read them!!

Idoru by William Gibson, Cyberpunk type book, really really cool. Amazingly detailed and it really grabbed my geekyness. Thank you Stocko for introducing me ;)

Belgariad, Elenium and the Tumuli Trilogies A great series of books by David Eddings, read them all quite a few times now, they just don't get old, and by the time you've finished the last book, you could start reading the first one again.

Armageddon: The Musical by Robert Rankin, Really funny book, lots of weird ideas aswell.

Discworld Terry Pratchett is Unreal, my mum has all of them, and I love his humour.

The Redwall series by Brian Jacques, loved them as a kid. I now have quite a collection, however they are in the attic and I have not read them in quite some time.

I used to collect comics ages ago, and have recently started buying Manga and graphic novels, they appeal to the artist in me.
I saw that they are turning "V for Vendetta" into a movie, I hope it stays true to the Graphic Novel, because the imagery was beautifully dark.
