About His Career
Michael Doyle joined Coventry in the summer of 2003 after been released by Celtic. The tenacious central midfielder was signed by Gary McAllister after a successful trial, having been recommended by McAllister's assistant Eric Black who worked with Doyle at Celtic.
Doyle made his debut against Peterborough United in the League Cup in August 2003, and scored in his first goal away against Ipswich Town in a 1-1 draw.
In the 2003/2004 season Micky won the ''Young player of the Year'' at Coventry, where a few tears where shed as he described his feelings after winning.
Michael, captined the team at times in 2006, 2007 & 2008, and became a regular with Manager's Micky Adams, Iain Dowie & Chris Coleman.
In 2008/09 season Michael has been recovering from an operation he had over the summer and has made a hand full of sub appearances and finaly made his first start of the season on 13th September At the Ricoh against Preston in a 0-0 draw.
The oporations he was recovering from, was a Hernia injury Which happened a while before the end of the season & an Ankle injury that was a hassle since the Christmas of 2007, where Michael claims in training just ''Ceased up'' & he had to go to the likes of Basingstoke & Germany to get the injury's taken care off.
On August 6th, Doyle went on a season long loan to Leeds United, it is said he will be moving there permentanly for a fee of 1 million. Coventry fans have mixed opinions on the move, critics who were against the Irish midfielder, now want Michael back on there team to play for the Sky Blues once again. Michael made his debut for Leeds on August 8th against Exeter at home.
&& His Personal Life
Doyler, Grew Up in Springfield, Tallaght & comes from a sporting family, he is the youngest out of all the Doyle Siblings & always wanted to be a Professional Footballer & new what he had to do to get it. He has 3 Brothers & 1 Sister & he currently lives in leamington with his two dogs Bonnie & Butch.
He has a 2 year old son, named Evan, who was born in Febuary 2007 & also has a girlfriend named, Ruth.

OMG, Yesss! Oh my gosh, Aly the game was amazing <3 And Keiren looked fucking gorgeous!
