Well, what's to be said here? We are a group of twenty somethings who get together to write and play music. Given the typical way of things in the music world, we have never been able to have enough stability of members to actually start gigging, but we have spent a whole lot of time writing and recording.
We play out of MusicSpectrum studios in Petaluma, which is where we have our digital recording studio set up.
Josh is the lead singer/songwriter. He met Nick and Ben (brothers) in High School at Casa Grande Highschool in Petaluma, where they sang in several choirs together. Nick and Ben were also heavily involved in the schools concert and marching bands. The three didn't start to play in a band together until around 2003 when they paired up with Tim and Will. Will split after recording about half of the 'What's the monkey for Album" and was soon replaced by Peter Wilson on Guitar. Then Nick left to play with Motogruv, and was replaced by Mark Allee. Mark moved to Hollywood to attend the Percussion Institute and pursue a career as a professional drummer. That left Pete and Josh as the only two remaining members of the band. At that point they decided to call it quits. Josh pursued photography, and Pete continues to pursue his musical ambitions.
Sadly, MiddleDigit is no more, though all former members remain close friends, and each is still involved with music in one way or another.
