Midnight Rain has been charting a course up and down the state of NJ and surrounding areas since 1994. Formed by Tom & Barat who met while standing in line for tickets for the Jerry Garcia Bands Halloween show, the group incorporates both originals and covers into their ever-expanding repertoire. The band recorded their first CD, PREDICTING THE WEATHER in 1998. We are recording a new CD( THE FOREVER SPIRAL ), soon to be released in 2009. Check back often for Updates, & Gig info . In the Baroque style of classical music, such as Bach or Vivaldi, each instrument played a melody that intertwined with the others instead of simply supporting a singer or a lead instrument. Lead Singer Syndrome has taken this concept and incorporated it into different styles of music.
