The Midwest Haunters Convention (MHC) is a weekend event planned for Haunted Attraction Producers, Actors, and Home Haunters. The Midwest Haunters Convention goal is to provide you with educational seminars and workshops as well as a place to socialize with others in the industry during our fun social activities. The Midwest Haunters Convention is sponsored by Costumefind.com.
The Midwest Haunters Convention will be held June 5-7, 2009 in Columbus Ohio at the Columbus Convention Center. Our host hotel will again be the Hyatt Regency.
Social events will include Thursday haunt tours, Friday activies, the Ms. Scary Midwest Pageant*, the IAHA Masquerade Party and a Fantasy Halloween Body Art Fashion Show! *Rated as One of the Top 13 Freaky Attractions in the U.S. by AOL Online, Fall 2006.
The Midwest Haunters Convention will offer over 50 hours of Weekend Seminars and pre-convention Extended Workshops from some of the top people in the industry..
The weekend Vendor Trade Show is FREE! There will be a variety of exciting retailers with items for cash and carry purchase; along with product demos. Halloween enthusiasts are encouraged to join us for a weekend of excitement, sharing and learning in a comfortable setting. The public is welcome! The Midwest Haunters Convention is a member of the International Association of Haunted Attractions.
