Lords of Discipline
In a land far away and a time long ago, there was a lack of discipline. Rap and bling had taken over the world. Then, the four horsemen of the apocalypse arose to cleanse the land and discipline those necessary. Those who oppose will burn forever in hellfire. Lords of Discipline will rock your face off.
Hebron
Hebron, the band, began with a beer and a song. Five guys together who suddenly decided their dream was to bring their own brand of insanity to the rest of the world. Starting out in Club Raven in Edgerton, WI, Hebron’s first show, while understandably rough, still brought in “rave” reviews. In the five proceeding years, Hebron has gained and resurrected metal fans throughout the midwest. Playing in such venues as The Annex (Madison), Big E’s Beach Club (Edgerton), House of Rock (Eau Claire) and The Rave (Milwaukee), Hebron has shown it can step to plate and deliver their brutal sound with the best. Mushroom Head, Dope, Soil and Kittie can be counted in the list of national acts on Hebron’s “oh yeah, we played with them” list. The five member band, Andrew Hurd (rhythm/lead guitar), Aaron Hurd (drums), Brian Pick (bass), Jordan Schueler (lead guitar) and Dan Rockstroh (vocals), can claim all but one of its original members (Schueler ). Together the band has put out one full length albums, Spill the Blood of the Innocent (2004) and, most recently, their demo, Cinder Block, which showcases their two new songs, Ignorance and Masochist Part 1. According to rhythm/lead guitarist Andrew Hurd, Hebron’s music, is “not ever elevator, suburban, happy, sunshine in your face music.” Hebron’s fans, a dedicated and growing group, often describe the band’s music as intense, awe-inspiring music that hints to the darker side of things. It is not abnormal to hear a fan, after a show, to walk away saying “amazing” or “brutal.”
Malice in Wonderland
Malice In Wonderland has been in the local Madison music scene for around 5 years. They've changed the line up a few times since starting out. Their current line-up includes but is not limited to: Chris - vocals; Dave-0 - vocals; GDDLC1- guitar; Nick R.l.P. - guitar; Dan Kill - bass and Markus - drums. The current line up has brought new life into the monster that is Malice in Wonderland, which is quite evident when you hear them. The music is infused with hate, anger, pain, loss, love and life. MIW brings any audience, no matter what type of music they like, to their knees. They are one of the few bands out currently that puts forth complete effort every time they play...every show is their best show ever... If you have seen their shows, then you know what's up. If you haven't had the privilage to see them, it's an insane assembly of emotion and metal sure to keep them on your mind. With your support MIW hopes to take this thing to the next level.
