Hundreds of musicians make up the mighty list of MIDWEST MUSIC MASTERS. We are proud to begin bringing you names and information of the many players and bands that have played throughout the midwest over the past decades. Several hundred names have been referenced and cross referenced on the MIDWESTMUSICMASTERS web site (www.midwestmusicmasters.com) Many hours have been spent researching the music and musicians of the area. We need your help in putting together an all inclusive list of midwest musicians and the bands they played in. Go to the website, see if you are listed. If not, please email all the information you can to the address listed on the site. We need your help to make this the most complete site available, to mirror the immense amount of talent found in our great midwest!
Many forms of music have sprouted from the small farm towns in the midwest. From Country, Bluegrass, R & B, Rock, Big Band and Jazz to Hip Hop, Indie, and all the sounds of today. Music evolves - changing and repeating, changing and repeating - but never ending. Music IS the grass roots of the midwest, telling our stories from one generation to the next. Music will continue as long as we have the voices and instruments to pound out a rhythm. Music will live on forever!
