About Our Compilations
If you are looking for the cost of a specific service or compilation - stop. They are not listed. We will gladly send you a detailed message explaining the terms and conditions of any project you would like to learn more about. All you have to do is [Contact Us].
OUR COMPILATIONS ARE NOT A FREE SERVICE
Do not ask us if we want to "use your band", or "borrow a track", do not tell us you "have been a band for like 3 weeks and are ready for a deal" - we are sick of these messages and will not acknowledge them. Take the initiative and invest in YOURSELF before you ask us to do the same.
If you take part in a compilation, we will gladly discuss whatever you wish, but until then, stop asking for hand-outs.
One more thing - take 30 seconds and SPELL CHECK your messages. We receive countless emails that look "like dis an u got 2 c dis stuff so cn we plz have a deal u guyzzz and get on dat comp wit u? u can usz deez songs if u want to peace so can we b on da comp?".
No.
God no.
The answer is no before we even hear your music, because you sound like a f***ing moron. If you can't write a coherent sentence, why should we assume you can create coherent music?
About Working With MNR
We are interested in working with bands on a more one-on-one level from this point on. However, we are ONLY looking to work with bands that have taken part in a compilation CD.
Please note that EVERYONE is welcome to participate in our compilations. If you have been on a comp in the past, or are taking part in the current one, just ask if you would like to see what we have in mind for working together in the future.
Please do not send unsolicited material, it will be discarded! MNR is only interested in working with bands that have taken part in one of our compilations.
Why do we only work with bands that take part in one of our compilation CDs? Because we get hundreds of emails and need to know who is genuinely serious. Over the course of setting up a comp we are able to get a feel for each artist involved, and build a relationship before we start talking shop.
If you are interested in working with MNR, please [Contact Us].
About Working For MNR
Let me state first and foremost that we are a grass-roots organization. We can not offer any high paying full-time jobs - so I hate to say this, but if you are looking for something to take the place of your day job, you would be better off looking elsewhere. Sorry.
If you are looking to do some work with music, and maybe learn a thing or two - well, we may have something for you.
In 2009 we will be looking for:
- Street Team Leader(s)
- Street Team Members
- Reviewers
- Online Promoters
- Miscellaneous
If you are interested in any of these activities, or have any suggestions as to how your involvement could benefit MNR, please [Contact Us].
About The MNR Store
The cart is on the to do list, and so is MNR merch for 2009. Until then, we have some handy PayPal buttons for you to use.
