my mom used to sing to me every night before i went to sleep, and my dad was in a barbershop quartet. my one big brother taught me how to play some piano, another one practically raised me with soundtracks, classical, and video game music, the other let me jump on his bed when he was playing van halen. my sister was into victorian art, and taught me to be beautiful.
i'm pretty sure the rest just came with time. :)
music runs through my blood like water runs downhill. i'm fascinated with life.. emotion is something to be embraced. passion is admired. i obsess over sound, i sing to myself, i sing to other people, i like the way birds sound up in the mountains. i'm a dreamer of all sorts, i believe everything is a possibility, and someday i plan on changing the world. so love my music or not, it's breathable and it resonates. mm mm good. :o)
what is there to do in Long Island, as far as night time activities go? hehe, the last time i was there was about a year ago now, but whenever i go it's family oriented daytime things.
well i re-discovered something that i had put away for some time, unfinished.. and decided to work on it some more.. i don't know when it will ever be finished, but it's a portrait of someone. not anyone i know, the made up kind, hehe
i listened to some of your music while i painted today. i hadn't done so in a long while, thanks for helping me set the painting mood! heheh Hope you're doing good :)
So yeah your music is great. You have a beautiful voice. I found you while looking at the man made lakes page and I'm glad you liked "patty". That's actually the only song on that page I perform on. But I agree all the songs are great. However there will be many more to come in the very near future I'm happy to say.
I don't know if you're interested but I just found a copy of a version of "Broken". I think I remember you saying it got lost when your computer crashed do you want it?
lol, no I died for a bit, but then I came back. Death is pretty lame. I've been good, working a lot. I teach guitar, I was teaching at the Commack High School, at night for adult ed. Trying to get into another school. The usual, what's up with you?
Yeah, things have been pretty peachy. How have youuuu been? How was your gig last weekend? Sorry I couldn't be there. I'll get to one of your shows one of these days! I swear! hahaha
