Migrant was introduced to music via the piano + classical tunes at an early age but only got into it seriously when he picked up the guitar at 16 years old. As soon as he had learnt 3 chords he was writing songs. He went onto play in + run different bands for 10 years, jammin various styles > metal, funk, jazz, latin, soul.
The discovery of the jungle blueprint in 1995 changed stuff around + led to the move over to sound engineering + production. He has been a sound engineer for 12 odd years now.
Migrant doesn't really DJ but incarnations have gigged with people like Nitin Sawney. DJ Hype. Up, Bustle + Out. DJ Ratty. Astralasia. ADF. MC Eksman. Sgt Pokes. Rusko.
He was introduced to the sounds of dubstep in 2003 + has close connections to the Corsario Riddim camp.

Hey, hope you're good, cause we're coming with some of the nicest news in a while: DubKraft Records launched www.dubkraftrecords.com and you can't miss the amount of coolness coming with it!
Below is just a sample, but there's a surprise around every corner there, too much to write in a decently sized comment! ;)
" To get up each morning with the resolve to be happy . . . is to set our own conditions to the events of each day. To do this is to condition circumstances instead of being conditioned by them. "
