    I began to play the guitar at the age of 14 (more or less) as a self-taught, until I took it seriously and started receiving classical guitar private lessons by Jorge Garcia (a guitar teacher graduated with honors at the “Real conservatorio”). At the age of 18 I joined the Music School “Ritmo y Compás” where I was tought by Jose de Castro (Jopi), one of the most prestigious international musicians of our country (having played for Malu, Melendi and Chenoa amongs others). Jopi encouraged me to study music professionally and developpe with him a close friendship. After finishing my studies at “Ritmo y Compás”, I continued during several years a fruitful study of various music styles such as jazz, funk, blues, country and rock. I was then accepted at the “Instituto de Música y Tecnologia” (IMT) with the goal of enlarging my knowledge of jazz and fusion, There, I accomplished the highly skilled professional program of 4 years degree on harmony, music theory, solfege, and guitar solely in a 1 year and a half. I then, joined the staff of the institute as a professor. Il won as well a scholarship from “La escuela de superación” (Cuba) and participated in an audition for another one at “Berklee College of Music” (Boston). Few years ago I worked on the composition, interpretation and production of the film "Billy Freud's last night” BSO, as well as in the music video that commemorated the 60th anniversary of the “Basketball club Students". I have also recorded some tunes for radio programs, advertisements and documentaries (La hora friki, El rincón del arte nuevo, promotional videos for the Estudiantes club, Toyota Yaris, Television Jerez ...) as well as for few short films. Since that time I..ve worked often for a film production named "riot films" who getting a great national succes due to a crowd founding..s film and therefore I have done several themes to them: Shortfilms, comercials, TV jingels even a BSO of a video game from the XBOX plataform called "Proyect Isagoras" My first CD has won the mention of best artwork given by some of the most important music editions such as "Guitar Player" (February 2007) Guitarra Total (April-May 2007), Guitar Hero (2009) Mondosonoro and Indy Rock. I was as well listed number one in On-line rankings. He is currently the writer and illustrator of the hero “SUPERLOCRIO” for the journal Cutaway Magazine(Guitarramania) and the AMC magazine. I play the guitar within the band named Calipo A; which has achieved a great success not only on national radios, but also on press, television and especially inet. I have been recently immerged in the study of other instruments like the ukulele, banjo, Theremin and focused on voice as well, so as to be able to write and interpretate by myself recent compositional arrangements for my first self-released LP. The latter, named "Corre Montruo!", will be available in late October 2008, both in hard copy, and in the downloadable version from my myspace: Comienzo a tocar la guitarra de forma autodidacta a los 14 años hasta que a los 15 decido tomárselo en serio recibiendo clases particulares de guitarra clásica y armonía por parte de Jorge García (profesor licenciado con mención honorífica en el real conservatorio de Madrid). A los 18 ingreso en la escuela de música moderna Ritmo y compás en la que tengo como profesor a José de Castro (Jopi), uno de los músicos más prestigiosos e internacionales de nuestro país (Malu, Melendi, Chenoa …). Este me animará a estudiar música profesionalmente e incitará a ejercer como interprete y compositor. Tras acabar en Ritmo y compás y seguir un año estudiando fructíferamente diversos estilos musicales (Jazz, funky, blues, country, rock…) termino entrando en el instituto de música y tecnología (IMT) para ampliar mis conocimientos en jazz y fusión, y donde acabo el módulo profesional de alta especialización de armonía, solfeo y guitarra de 4 años en uno y medio y en el que más tarde terminaré ejerciendo como profesor eventual. También consigo ganar una beca en la Escuela de superación (Cuba) y una audición para otra en Berklee Collage of music (Boston).Hace unos años trabajé en la composición, interpretación y producción de la Score y BSO del largometraje de Billy Freud’s last night así como en la ambientación musical del video conmemorativo 60 aniversario del club de baloncesto “Estudiantes”. También he grabado alguna sintonía para programas de radio, anuncios y documentales (La hora friky, el rincón de arte nuevo, videos promocionales del estudiantes, Toyota Yaris, Televisión de Jerez, Minube …) así como unos cuantos cortometrajes. Desde ese momento empiezo a trabajar habitualmente como compositor, arreglista e interprete para una productora nobel de cine llamada Riot Film Cinema, con la que hago algunos trabajos sobre el ambicioso y multipremiado proyecto cimatográfico El Cosmonauta, así como la B.S.O de un videojuego para Xbox llamado "Proyect Isagoras". Con el lanzamiento de mi primer CD fuí ganador a la mejor maqueta en algunas de las más relevantes publicaciones musicales especializadas como “Guitarrista”(Febrero 2007) Guitarra Total (Abril-Mayo 2007), el certamen de Guitar Hero (2009) Mondo Sonoro o Indy Rock y numero uno en rankings de maquetas on-line. Actualmente ejerzo como articulista y dibujante del héroe Superlocrio en la revista Cutaway magazín (Guitarramania) y la revista AMC, así como guitarrista de sesión con diversas bandas con los que he conseguido cierta repercusión mediática nacional tanto en radio, como prensa, tele e inet. Recientemente me he visto inmerso en el estudio de otros instrumentos como el ukelele, el banjo, voz o theremin para lograr escribir e interpretar los últimos arreglos compositivos para mi segundo LP auto-editado.
