If you are paying for photographs, you should demand good quality. Do not pay a cent for fuzzy, out of focus, badly lit, poorly edited photos. There are a lot of people out there who think they are a photographer because they have a camera. BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE, and don't settle for anything less than fantastic, especially when money is involved.
