I'm the executive producer of The Other Side, an eclectic radio program heard exclusively on KVMR 89.5 FM Nevada City, CA (www.kvmr.org) and the last of the original team that helped start this community radio station back in 1978 who is still on the air, man where does the time go...
The show can be heard Tuesdays, 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM and features two hours of the best in Lounge, Exotica, Easy Listening, Space Age Bachelor Pad, & eclectic Television & Film music with the accent on eccentric aural odysseys of all types. And I do mean it gets weird at times and a lot of fun more often than not.
On my Other Side website I have over 50 hours of shows archived and posted for listening online or downloading to your mp3 player so check them out when you have time, I find they can be a nice background for working.

In 2002 I formed a creative partnership/company with my good pal and international performance artist/instructor Menlo Macfarlane which has led to several critically acclaimed performance works several of which are available on DVD, let me know if you are interested and I'll tell you more. I'm a member of the Nevada County Composers Cooperative (http://nccomposerscooperative.org/), and do my best to stay an active part of the Nevada County community whenever possible, though I do like to just sit and BE as often as I can.
I am very proud to have been awarded both the "Osborn-Woods KVMR Community Service" and "Outstanding KVMR Program - Involving The Community" awards for my work on organizing the 2002 AWAKENING Sunset To Sunrise Peace Vigil which was broadcast live for twelve hours on KVMR and later documented with a five and half hour four CD collection. (still available by request)

Mikail - please consider that email I sent to you as an example of drunk emailing, an unfortunate successor to drunk dialing. There is a kernel of sanity, actualliy, I lie - extreme insanity to it which I am putting up on your MySpace page for all to see. We need to work together in this tough economy, revitalize our beloved home base (Nevada City) and specifically Banner Mountain and have some fun in the process, right? Here's what I humbly propose - Portland Ore has a nekkid bicycle race that attracts 1200 people a year with no hassle from the man. How about a celebration of the first snow on Banner Mountain with a naked race on the ditch? $5 entry fee - it can go to the Food Bank or a new entity, lets call it The Banner Mountain Bohemian Society, who then would spread it around. I'll do it - I know Molly would - her clothes fly off when we go down to the Yuba River. Any ideas out there about running shoes? I was thinking styrofoam shoes like Zippy the Pinhead wears. Media coverage? I'm sure that will be the hardest part (NOT!) Whew, let me take a sedative now, I'm getting bi-polar again.
