I'm back from holidays, I spent a week in Greece (Athens & Mykonos island) and it was quite ok, although weather was very windy all the time.
How is your new life in Oulu? Have you met new people/friends? And what about your new job? Do you like it?

So, good weather this summer in Finland... GREAT! When I was there last summer it was raining almost all days. Here weather is sooo hot that sometimes I can't stand with it

Unfortunatelly this year I won't travel to Finland, maybe next year I'll be able to return for a week or so, I hope...
Enfiserum? I've heard about them but I haven't listened anything, are they good?
Later on the street, I could talk a bit with M and asked him the same question, he replied that they were very sad and that the didn't know the reason of cancellation, but that they promise to return on 2010 to Spain finally as leading band. The thing I didn't know was that my friend was recordering it!

Unfortunately, concerning to Cradle Tour, Turisas only played in Madrid 'cause BCN gig was cancelled :( but... I talked a few by phone with Olli & Mathias!! hahaha! Can you believe that?
Are you going to see them again? in August they play in Vantaa, at Ankkarock Festival.
Ps: I hope not to disturb you and that we keep on being friends, otherwise I'll understand it :)

About TURISAS gig... Nope, they'll be supporting band again, GRRR!! this time to Cradle of Filth, 'cause it's Cradle Tour, and they'll play together with Moonspell also.
I still haven't bought the ticket, but I'll do it in April, as my B-Day present to myself XDDD

Now I can tell you about Turisas news: it seems they're coming again to Spain :D 4th May (Madrid) & 5th May (Barcelona) together in tour with Moonspell & Craddle of Filth.
They're making to 0 € my money account XDD but I hope I can go to Barcelona gig, although I don't want to go all alone this time :P
Good luck this weekend with that two tournaments and don't study too much in Pajulahti, ok? hehe!

Congratulations for the ski world championship!
Yesterday night football result was 1-1. At minute 7 Olimpique Lyon scored us a goal, GRRR! but at minute 67 T. Henry made the tie. So, next match with Olimpique (this time in BCN) will decide if we pass to next round.
I'm a bit angry with Barça's MySpace: since we don't win they don't send me pictures XDDDD

Right! Lordi gig was awesome :D they played almost 2 hours and it was very, very funny and interactive with the audience.

I like your personality, that's how a coach must be :) and also, it's very good for your normal life, taking it easy.
About "women" thing... XDD I must say you're quite right, but in my case I don't make any difference 'cause sometimes is hard to understand both boys & girls behaviour. I look at the person itself, no at his/her genre.
Perhaps someday I'll understand boys thoughts... or not! haha!

How do you manage with these 2 young boys & girls teams you coach/teach? Do they drive you mad often? hehehe!
It's interesting comparing basket to Turisas... maybe next time we should give them a ball to play on the stage, what do you think? XDDD
I still have that cold, but I'm getting better. At least, I hope so, 'cause in a week it's Lordi's gig in BCN.

My energy is a bit down right now 'cause I have a cold (Madrid's weather is very cold, it seems Finland or something), but as you said, I wont' let that feeling fade away ;)

Are you a magician? XDD I have no words: concert was GREAT!!
I've had the time of my life :D The set list was the same as in BCN, but the atmosphere there was a thousand times better, perhaps 'cause I was with my friends there and not alone this time :)
I was so close to the stage, in second file ^^ the venue was tiny so, we were almost touching TURISAS members XDDDD In fact, I touched Hanu's hand at a time when he tilted to the audience, hahaha!
A friend of mine made a banner "We want Turisas as a leading band" and Hanu holded it!! Olli laughed when he saw it and Mathias said: "That's fucking right!"
During DF turn, Olli, Hanu & Jussi came to the merchandising area and they were signing and... I get my DVD copy signed by them! :D
Also, Olli said to me: "I remember you from Finland, but I don't remember in which festival you were" I was O_O and answered: "Yes, I was at first line, in Mikkeli, Jurassic Rock" XDDD
But there's still something more...
After the show finnished, more or less 2 hours later, we were waiting for a friend's husband on the street for taking her home and suddenly it seemed to me to see Hanu without paint... exact!! he was!! and then came out the rest, also without paint, so I get the 3 signatures I missed XDDDD
Oh! something really surreal happened: Olli asked us if we wanted to taste his chinese dinner 'cause he was eating there in front of us, MUAHAHAHAAAA!!

Yesterday's show in BCN was great, as always :D although it was too short (they played only 45 minutes). This is the set list:
-Battle Metal
-A Portage to the Unknown
-One More
-The Messenger
-In the court of Jarisleif
-Rasputin
-Holmgard & Beyond
It seems the bands began soundcheck late, so venue's doors opened 25 minutes delayed, that's why I couldn't stay in a good place near the stage and I went up to the venue's top, in a kind of balcony. I saw them perfectly, even Tude, who's very hard to see if you're in front of the stage, but I was too far from them :(
The result is that my pics are awful, it's almost impossible to see anything on them, but anyway here you have:
It was funny, I laughed many times and music was really poweful, but I guess it would have been funnier if I hadn't been alone...
When TURISAS ended their show I returned home and didn't stay for DF 'cause I work today :P
I hope next time in Madrid to have more lucky and perhaps to be near the stage...

Yes, I'm a BIG Barça fan, my city's team :D I hope this year we'll win the spanish league XDD
That day you mention was unforgetable for the Spanish Nation... I still don't believe we won against Germany, I was very happy: everybody singing "PODEMOS!" (We can) or things like these, hahaha! it was very funny ;)
Well, lately we win in many sports... I don't recognize my country XDDD
How were the basket tournaments this weekend? I hope ok :)
Today's Monday, tomorrow's THE DAY. I'm quite calm, very strange in me when a gig is near XDDD
In Barcelona's gig I won't wear face paint, but in Madrid... a friend has already bought war paint, HAHAHA!!

You're right: perhaps I'll meet there some nice people, but the most important is I'll see TURISAS in a venue for the first time, not in a festival... that's really amazing!

I realized from the beggining that you're a big TURISAS fan, so having the opportunity to attend a gig in your own country, you couldn't let it go, that's why I encouraged you to do it :)
I'm a bit sad 'cause I'll go all alone to BCN gig... don't you want to come with me? Hahaha! But in Madrid I'll meet with some friends. Anyway, sure both gigs will be great ;)

I've sent a butlletin in spanish & english remembering people next week we have TURISAS playing in our country ;)
I know receiving that email made you extremely happy 'cause I had the same feeling the day Netta wrote me a comment (you can check it out on my 2nd comments page). I congratulated her for passing her driving test and she answered it. That was amazing and made me very happy ^^
