I am Mikayla Lewis, my friends call me MK. I am from Wichita, KS and have had a passion for music since the day I was born. I started writing songs and recording them on my tape boom box when I was six years old, and ever since I haven't given up. Being 20, I am attending college,but with hopes to pursue music full time someday. I taught myself to play the guitar when I was in 8th grade, so that I could start putting music to my lyrics. I love all music, I think we can take something from everything. People say I sound like different singers like Norah Jones, Sheryl Crow and Michelle Branch, but ultimately I am me.
