About me:
Mike Kelley (b.1954)is an artist who works in Los Angeles. He recieved his undergraduates degree (BFA) from the University of Michigan and did his graduate work (MFA) at CalArts. Born in Detroit, he played in the band "Destroy all Monsters" (the band on this page is a different "Destroy all Monsters" - actual a female punk rock trio from singapore). Kelley is currently rocking it out at age 51 in LA in a band called "Poetics."
The younger generation might recognize his work from the cover of Sonic Youths album "Dirty."
