Here is my bio;
I have been playing in bands for the past 30 years. I have played everywhere from the Garage to The Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake Iowa, to The Second Fiddle on Broadway in Nashville Tennessee. I am a Member of ASCAP. Some of the bands I have played with are:
Artemus, Line Drive, Mixx, White Lightning, Kickback, Between The Lines, Sisters & Company, Whitewater, Russ Hall and the Plainsmen, Legend, The Heartbreakers, One Night Rodeo, The Siloshakers and Common Ground, Mustang Heart and now I embark on a new adventure with Ten Cent Biscuit.
In four of these bands that I have played for, I have had the opportunity to share the stages with acts like, Brad Paisley, Lonestar, The Mavericks, Chris Ledoux and Western Underground, The Charlie Daniels Band, Trick Pony, The Kentucky Headhunters, Doug Stone, Cole Deggs & The Lonesome, Jason Michael Carroll, Keith Anderson, Emerson Drive, Kellie Pickler, Craig Morgan and Reba McEntire.
I have talked with such songwriters in Nashville as Tommy Barnes, Gerald Smith, Lonnie Ayres...........
I live in Rochester, MN with my wife Sharon and our 5 kids Bryan, Joe, Tony, Mary & Aaron. I am also now a grandfather to a wonderful little boy by the name of Jacob Ryan Canfield. He's pretty special and is going to keep this grandpa busy. Music has been my life. I have been band leader in most all of the bands I have played in. I take pride in music that I work on. I have Nashville Experience and learn fast. I have been in charge of all practice sessions but, will take input from all in the band. I am easy to work with and easy to get along with. I only strive for the best............
