About me:
I nuked my myspace albums a few months ago and will eventually have them back up-my myspace is constantly changing and growing-so check back often.
And now....
Some facts about Michael B.
~I'm an Aquarius-so my head is always in the clouds.
~I love living in Seattle and the city nightlife.
~I live in the heart of downtown because I love living where everyone else wants to go.
~I enjoy being awake when the rest of the world is asleep.
~I served in the Navy for five years because I love to travel and I wanted to be part of something larger than myself.
~I work for UPS, a nightclub, and volunteer my time
to Produkt Seattle.
~I love large social gatherings, events, festivals and like to disappear into the crowd.
~I like to pop in and out of people's lives when they least expect it-like a social ninja.
~I love kicking it with all my friends, but prefer to keep my worlds apart.
~I enjoy exposing people to new things-but not doing them so repetitively that it becomes boring.
~I have a tendency to mumble sometimes, and think that people heard me, and other times I talk so fast it's like I'm on crack.
~Dancing is my form of exersize, as well as my escape.
~Sports and politics bore me to death.
~I have three tattoos- two of which I'm not sure what I was thinking when I got them.
~I love animals-but especially love dogs above all.
~I believe in opening the door for a lady and giving someone my undivided attention.
~I am extremely social, and enjoy making people feel special and loved.
~I love my computer, the internet, and technology.
~When it rains-I like to stay inside, drink a hot chocolate and watch a movie.
~I draw black and white artwork because I believe
I see life in b&w and like attention to detail.
~I enjoy hosting and coordinating friends.
~I prefer pavement to a trail, and a hotel room to a campground.
~I can be sarcastic at times, and often put my foot in my mouth.
My outlook on...
...Life: I practice neutrality, and think that everything happens for a reason whether good or bad, and that people
can live how they want to live and think how they want to think.
...Friends: I enjoy surrounding myself with people who give as much as they take. I'm proud of and love my circle of current friends and believe they are in my life for a reason. Life is too short to not be surrounded by amazing company. If someone makes you unhappy, simply choose not to be around them.
...Dancing: Dancing is one of the things in this world that I can't get enough of, and I have been dancing for about 10 years now. I believe that every dancer is a culmination of all the dancers they have ever enjoyed watching. I'm influenced by my amazing friends who are without a doubt, some of the most original and dedicated dancers I know.
...Music: I enjoy Rap, Metal, classic rock and Old school, but nothing moves me like Electronica. Electronic music is infinite, and is progressive. I used to be a huge Trance fiend, but have found that I now prefer Break-beats, House and Dubstep depending on what mood I am in.
...Photography: I am a space case, and choose to remember
the best of times with a camera instead of my brain. I prefer digital point and shoot to an SLR. I love being able to look back in time through digital albums, and remember everything that happened simply from glancing at a single picture. It also allows me to share my memories with those that may have forgotten it. Besides...you gotta have cool pics to show your kids when you're old and gray right? :)
...Direction: I have accomplished two major goals in my life, one traveling the world, and the other living in Seattle. I am currently trying to figure out what I want to do next. In the meanwhile I am having fun along the way. I am currently part of Produkt Seattle, a production company that is a collaboration of my closest friends in the Seattle electronic scene.
