Mike Bogle is a Grammy-nominated jazz artist/composer/arranger and educator. Currently based out of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Mike plays world class venues including Dakota Jazz Club and Artists Quarter with a wide array of performance ensembles: Mike Bogle Jazztet, Doug Little Quartet, Jim Marentic Sextet and latin jazz band Charanga Tropical.
During the 1990's Bogle traveled the world as manager of the world renowned UNT One O'Clock Lab Band playing events such as North Sea Jazz Festival and Montreux Jazz Festival. Mike Bogle has two contemporary jazz CD releases available for purchase on CDBaby and iTunes: Eternal Family and Other Life. Mike's avant-garde electronic jazz-rock collective Planet 9 has performed at top national venues and events including Fine Line Music Cafe, 400 Bar and the University of Minnesota Spark Festival of Electronic Music and Arts.
