Michael Buczek started his music career in New Jersey in the late 60's as a rock drummer. He played with the Shark River Band and toured the East Coast before moving to California in the 70's. Michael played in many bands throughout the years including Supa Nova, Cosmic Freeway, Freewheelin, the Strays, and The Fallen Angels.
Throughout his time as a drummer, Michael became an accomplished guitarist and songwriter. Currently Michael plays lead guitar for The Summer of Love Band in the Bay Area. On his 2008 CD of originals "Goin to the Mountain", Michael displays his multiple talents on the CD on which he plays Electric, Acoustic, and Bass Guitars, Drums, Percussion, Keyboards, Harmonica, and Vocals.
Michael can be seen playing in the Bay Area with the Summer of Love Band, and Pacific Groove.
