The Ivory Keys to any piano I could get my hands on have been tinkling for as long as I can remember. Influenced at an early age by a talented musical family, my musical path was set in motion. Whether as a form of entertainment, a time for solace or just sheer enjoyment, playing the piano, writing songs were my first real passions in life. As the originator and driving force behind the band, "Mike D'Amico and Witness", we play the club, arena and concert circuit, gaining in popularity and recognition, while writing, producing and recording original soundtracks. I am writing some of my best music and lyrics to date and working with a diverse spectrum of material and artist. My last CD release "I Believe" featured the foot stompin' Long Island based country dance band "Slick City". On this CD 10 originals songs, plus with the permission of Sir Elton John and Bernie Taupin through Universal Music Publisher's, I produced and released my version of "Rocket Man" a.k.a."Timeless Flight." I have recently completed production of my "Solo" CD, this lastest project comprising of 13 new songs, recorded at "Perfect Image Studios" in the Nashville area. I am so excited about this new release in 2012,STAY TUNED!... I currently have a library of 500+ copyrighted original songs. Pop,Rock,Country,Spiritual, Adult Contemporary. I seek Artist/Acts looking for new original material, or I can write to suit! I am available for hire as a lead/back-up vocalists, multi-keyboardists, songwriter, music producer and arranger, for studio sessions, writing pools, commercials, jingles, movie and television soundtracks. The music was set to a slide-show bringing awareness to this very critical situation. The song is currently being considered and going through the process for a Grammy Award nomination in 2013.
