Interests

General
People who love and obey Jesus. I love to teach and talk in front of crowds. Working, directing and learning about film making. Put a video camera in my hand and I can shoot for 12 hours straight without getting tired or losing interest (ask Erin or Leslie). Seeing the gifts that God has placed in others around me and being instrumental in helping them see and walk in there giftings. I love the beach it is awesome. Hope to live close to the beach someday. Hanging around crazy wild people that are full of life and not afraid to be themselves. Learning and understanding the Bible and being able to apply it to everyday life.
Music
I love all kinds of Chrisitan music. Worship, techno, alternative, punk, rock. I like finding cool bands from different places like Cali that no one has heard before. Usually things that are not so mainstream. Really I like any kind of music that is produced with a spirit of excellence and is leading people into truth.
Movies
Wow! I am like a total movie lover. But only movies that are directed, acted, and filmed well. I have seen alot of bad movies over my 36 years on this planet. I love movies that are original and you can not figure out what is going to happen until it happens.
Television
I try not to watch to much tv because my time is so limited and there is so much filth and lies mixed in with the plot lines. However, I enjoy watching creative shows (old and new) I watch everything from the 1960's Star Trek's to Project Runway.
Books
Wow! This is a hard one. I am not much of a book reader. I think the last book I read all the way through besides the Bible was "The giving tree" when I was in first grade. I love reading the Bible though. I try to read it every single day. Even if I just read one chapter or one verse. I know that the Word is Jesus and Jesus is life. We must live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. I know that even if I am so tired I can taste it, that I must still make myself read a little Bible before I close my pretty beautiful green eyes. Back to "The giving tree" What kind of morbid story is this anyway. Some snotty nosed punk kid finds a tree that loves him at the beginning. Then the kid takes the tree for everything the tree has. The kid fianlly cuts the tree down to a stump, leaves it for dead and then comes back when he is an old man and uses the tree for a sitting stool. Life is so cruel!
Heroes
Jesus Christ and anyone who truly takes a stand for His kingdom and His righteousness. People who fear the Lord and obey His voice to them even when it costs them something of value.

About me:

I have really been blessed by meeting so many talented and gifted people through my church and at my workplace. I am really into artsy stuff like photography and video production. I made a movie in 2005 with some help from some great friends and actresses. I am like totally into God and living my life for Him. I am hoping to meet some friends that have the same goals as me, which would be creating some cool creative fun videos, movies, and music. The message I feel called to express through my media gifts, is the message that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God but there is hope for everyone who gives their life to Jesus Christ. Also, I would love to educate people by showing them the difference between true Christianity and religion. True Christianity is the only way to eternal life. One achieves this through a personal ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ through faith. Religion is just a mindless traditional church attending lifestyle that deceives the person into thinking they are saved and have a place in heaven when in reality they are lost and separated from God because of their sins. The Bible Belt is a frightening place because so many go to church out of tradition but are separated from God. Everywhere I look there is a different church on every corner. I am looking for some cool people who like to have fun, be creative and who are not afraid to be who God has made them to be. People who are not afraid to seek out the truth even if it means when they find the truth it may mean they have to change their life in order to line up with it. People who are not afraid to express their ideas and opinions to those around them even if it is not popular. I hope to find some friends that are interested in the same things I am. If you are up to the challenge of changing the world, stop talking about it and do it! up!!!!! I Want More!
