About Mike Funk

Mike Funk is a former member of San Luis Obispo band Rodriguez (M.Ward, Little Wings) and SF's For Stars. Mike collaborated with FS bandmate Carlos Forster, on a side project called Kick On The Floods. The results can be heard on the Words On Music compilation "A Houseguest's Wish: Translations of Wire's 'Outdoor Miner'". Carlos Forster: Vocals, Mike Funk: Synths, Strings.

I was working on a 'Field of Fire' remix sped up for the longest time but I just couldn't find the right drum/bass sound that worked. Thanks again for the listen man. Keep posting.
