The latest single from U&A is OUT NOW on Beatport, and it's been getting a smashing amount of support from the likes of Popof, Dubfire, Style of Eye, InTheMix Magazine, Plump DJs, , Hybrid, Lee Coombs, i-DJ, PeoDePitte, Broombeck, Christopher Lawrence, Dopamine, Mixmag, Vandal, Kissy Sellout, DJ Dan, Meat Katie, Aquasky, DJ Mag, to name but a few.
"Hulme's U&A debut doses us with the most warped dark techno I've heard in months. Accompanied by Stupid Fresh's appropriately kick ass dark electro and The Loops of Fury's magnificently glitched, grinding and pumping remix, this single is an absolute monster!" [InTheMix Magazine]
"Not many labels can leap from releasing a breakbeat banger one month to this sort of thing the next - and do it convincingly - U&A seems to have the knack though. All are bruisers, but i think I'm going for Stupid Fresh's remix for the daft factor. Possibly the best thing they've ever done? Loops Of Fury are bang on the money, too." [i-DJ RECOMMENDED RELEASE]
"Looooove the Original" [Style of Eye]
"Loops of Fury Mix is excellent. 5/5" [Plump DJs]
"Boooooommmmmmm!!!! FAAAATTTTT the stupid fresh rmx is our fav." [Electric Soulside]

"Flick a Switch" The Loops of Fury
UAA025 Mike Hulme [REMIX]
On remix duties for U&A Recordings' new signing, 'The Loops of Fury", we give you this epic remix from Mike Hulme, with massive support incoming from DJs and radio alike.
Having worked under the ‘Introspective’ alias for 8 years, Mike Hulme is now taking center stage and recording under his own name. With a discography that includes over 25 singles, 3 mix compilations (including 2 Ministry of Sound ‘Sessions’) and licensed material on Fabric Live, Sony Playstation and Y4K, Mike already has an extensive history in the underground music scene.
All of the work with his Introspective project has taken him DJing across the globe and his music has gained the firm support of James Zabiela, Meat Katie, Elite Force, The Crystal Method, Rennie Pilgrem, Plump DJs, Laurent Garnier, General MIDI, Cut La Roc and Überzone amongst many other die-hard fans.
Mike is also no stranger to the business side of the industry. He has worked for Ministry of Sound and DJdownload.com in London, helped to establish and run legendary breaks label, Sinister Recordings, and also worked for a Japanese-owned music licensing company where he composed and sold thousands of ringtones in Asia.
Regardless of genre, one thing that has always been said about Mike’s music is the ability it has to get people locked on to the groove. Often described as techy, rolling and hypnotic, Mike takes pride in creating such rhythms in his studio, with the intention of making people’s heads spin.
Now, wanting to explore new musical avenues and after rediscovering his love for the techno genre, Mike is continuing to impress with releases lined up on Meat Katie and Dylan Rhymes’ Lot49 imprint and Elite Force’s astounding U&A Recordings and much more to come.
