""Having fun and just simply enjoying the feeling that being on my bike gives me is one of the most inportant parts of riding for me. It's truly an amazing gift to be a part of something so pure and good like riding a bicycle."-Johny Devlin"
About me: Hey, If you dont know me my name is Mike and I will be a senior at Erie. I race BMX in the 16X class and its lots of fun. I shred with my friend Mike Murfitt all the time, we do crazy tricks. I do a slingshot gate and if you dont like it I dont care. I race for Velocity Racing/Joes Bike Shop/Staats/Fly/Cytomax and thats pretty sick. Im drug free. I like to chill with frieds like Seth, Brandon, Mike, Dakota, Chris and everyone else.
Some people say, "why are you still riding bikes, grow up". No one could ever take bike riding away from me, when I'm on a bike I forget about everything around me, it puts me in a whole different world where theres no worries. You can express yourself on a bike much more than in any other sport, theres no rules holding you back on what you can do. Some people say BMX isn't a real sport, it is, but when I'm on a bike I dont care what people think because its an expearince that you cant explain, getting the perfect flow or the fastest gate, going super fast or really slow, landing the trick you've been trying forever, or falling and getting back up to try it again. BMX is my life and no one could take that from me.
