I enjoy computers, particularly computer gaming. I currently enjoy designing 1st person shooter levels for fun in my spare time. I've started adding some pics of two projects I'm working on in my profile. One Is a space themed video game level for the p.c. game Duke Nukem 3d. I'm creating it using a 3d map design utility called Mapster. The other is an addition to the P.C. game Doom2 Ive done armature level design for the P.C. games Doom2, Duke3d, Unreal Tournament, UT2004, and have some experience developing for Doom3 although I've created nothing complex with that one yet. 3d studio max is probably the most complex utility Ive used, its not a game developing platform although it is used to create 3d shapes that cant be created in game editors, to be later imported into the games. 3d studio max seems to have endless applications, I still have a great deal to learn with it.

I enjoy staying in shape and I plan to do a little boxing when I get in good enough shape to do so. More than likely just for fun and not as a career although it could happen, but thats probably wishful thinking.

On the flip side of things I have the mind set of a person who would enjoy writing a book when I begin to grow old. I love to philosophize about life, history and a wide range of various sciences as well.

My cons are that I have social anxiety and can get a bit anti social at times. I'm not big on partying or big social events but I do enjoy the company of others greatly despite this.

My idea of a good time is multi-player or online gaming, or being creative working on my game level. I don't know can work be fun? Perhaps it isn't work if you enjoy it and that goes for anything I suppose, I guess we all have our little creative ambitions in one form or another. Beyond anything in this world women are what I love most. Without them I doubt life would be interesting enough to go on , However Ive been in only 4 relationships and the longest of them lasted just under 2 years and the shortest lasted 2 weeks. Now that I think of it I don't think Ive been in true love before. I thought I was a once in the past, but it only takes time to show who your true friends or lovers really are. Beyond cuddling and making love/having sex, call it what you will, there is music and its a close second, the only close second I can think of. Music is like poetry with a rhythm. In fact its not like poetry, it is poetry.

Lol, millions of people find poetry dull yet they buy five hundred dollar stereo systems to listen to it every day, go figure.

I can appreciate a wide range of music, I'm partial to 80's rock but I also enjoy classic rock, modern alternative, love songs, R&B the way it was in the 80's that is, even classical to some extent. I don't care for country too much although there are a few songs here and there I do like, and lastly I don't consider rap music really, well there are a couple songs I suppose. I tend to like artist like Lionel Richie, and stuff like jazz, and Motown rather than rap. A few of my favorite songs are in the video players below.

As of now I have two media players for music videos, the first includes modern alternative, and classic rock. the second is Soft rock from various decades. I'll keep this setup until I collect enough videos to categorize the files into more specific categories

Note that all these video players work with hotlinks. This means that my computer does not host these files directly so occasionally the link to run any given video will go dead. What will happen if the player cannot find a video file is it will skip that video and move on to the next one.

Periodically I try and replace dead videos with new links, but at any given time there are usually a few videos that will not play so keep this in mind. Its usually no more than a hand full.

There are so many I couldn't possibly list them all but I'll try to list some of my favorites.

Comedies - The Princess Bride, Groundhog Day, Airplane, Airplane 2, The Naked Gun, The Naked Gun 2 1/2, The naked gun 33 1/3, Rain Man, Spaceballs, Young Frankenstein, Blazing saddels, Austin Powers (the original was best), Joe vs. The Volcano, Raising Arizona, There's Something about Mary, As Good as It Gets (I can relate to the main character in this one), Beetlejuice, Loaded Weapon, Shaun of the Dead, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Office Space, Meet the Parents, Dumb & Dumber, The Goonies, Trading Places, Spies Like Us, Howard the Duck (I haven't seen that since I was 10 but I remember it being funny) , The Jerk, Planes, Trains & Automobiles, Wayne's World 1 and 2, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, Happy Gilmore, What about Bob?, Napoleon Dynamite, National Lampoon's Vacation, European Vacation, Christmas Vacation, Vegas Vacation. I may add more if I think of others

Scifi/Fantasy - Terminator 1 - 3, Alien, Aliens, Alien3, Alien Resurrection, Stargate, Independence day, Contact, The Matrix, War of the Worlds (both versions), I robot, Star Wars, Star Trek I haven't seen the complete series of either Star Trek or Star wars but want to, Superman 1 and 2 I haven't seen the new one yet, Planet of the Apes(original), Beneath The Planet of The Apes, Jurassic Park 1 and 2, The American remake of Godzilla, the old ones from Japan I used to watch with my dad growing up for kicks they are comical, Sleepwalkers, The Day the earth Stood Still, The Fifth Element, 2001 a Space Odyssey, Twilight Zone the Movie (the series were great also), Short Circuit, Deep Impact, Armageddon. Ill add more to this category as I think of them.

Philosophical/other - Every thing else I can think of for now is here, I don't know if thats really a movie category but here are some movies that made me think, or appealed to me specifically, or just didn't really fit into the other two categories.

My Dinner With Andre, Perhaps my favorite movie of all time I first saw by chance on IFC. Its simple really, two friends who hadn't seen each other in years sit down at a restaurant, have a meal, and philosophies about life, thats it, no explosions, no gunfighting, and no car chases and things of that sort, sound boring? There is some comic relief but this movie is primarily centered around giving the viewer a look into what the corruptions of modern living are and how it may in fact be separating us from one another. Here I have gathered some comic video clips I found very amusing. Most are from Saturday Night Live and have skits of actors like Jim Carrey, Chris Farley, Will Ferrel, Adam Sandler and many others, I plan to expand this collection as well as my music video collection as I find time.
