With thanks to many wonderful musicians too numerous etc etc., but especially Neil from Co Cork,
Brad man from Muswell man
The Ubiquitous Rob Masters,
McGraham McGrotty, Ronnie, Dennis & Simon, Larry Tolfree, Tim, Tim, Karen, Paul, Dick, Dave Dee dozy beaky Mick Sprick and Tich for being a brave soldier.
Kelvin, Dave and Simon.
Sam Malin Milan who wrote the words, sang the words, played the tunes and stayed as Cool as the wee small hours first footin' on Hogmanay morning on the Mull of Kintyre as she opened the show for the Sainted Bob.
The boys from back in the day at Cookes in Norwich and Chandlers too. All the loyal and long suffering afficionados who came back for more. The quick and the dead, the lingering and the lost.
Rod Mulcahy, Muttley, Jasper, Perry and Rog from the Hog - what larks Pip
Inspirational types like Henry Platt and Jimbo Warren (also from Co. Cork)
Patrick Arbuthnot the Pedal Steel player who endured my ridiculous jibes about Knitting Machines.
Bill Ward, without whose Gaffer Tape and soldering skills etc., Nick Crook the Sax, Mark the Piano, horns and everything. Everybody who ever Slugged and each and every fine soul who played in the Bert Weedon's Inspirations, Der Krobsen for yawning but mainly for introducing me to a world of top class drumming and Cameo too.
For the most splenetic revved up Rockabilly and R'n'B guitar playing since Mick Green, hats off to Andy Goble, who along with either Trev the rev or Andy Thurston on bass showed me that less can be much much more
For lending me the finest collection of Bluesers that a singer could ever fall across in the Festival House, I owe immeasurable thanks to Jo Laundy, the Bluestastic Brown Bottle herself. Really they were Albert Cooper's stupendous band and it is an honour to have even trod the same stage (or more likely the same bit of sticky pub carpet). Big mention too to Chris Hawkins, who even had the boyishness to be dumbstruck by Twink joining us on stage at the Marina Centre at one of the Tattoo Conventions we Slugged at.
>
For giving me the reference to the gig and subsequently many and fantastic gigs with the Sensational Soul Stealers, I owe a huge debt to the legendary singing talent of Sheree Boore.
Jack Parnell for being a Proper Geezer indeed, Stefano, Nick and all the many Stealers but especially Ingrid Amis who led me by the hand through my debut before a crowd of 1500 drunken Barristers, Judges and wannabe lawyers and last but by no means no but I'll say it anyway.
The Ace of Bass with a limitless talent and a pranged Audi GT, My dear late and much missed young mate Pete Dent, Purple Rose, Awakening, reluctant rehearser a Million terrible jokes but only one Thin Lizzy 12 bar ending. Thousands of Thanks.

Sounds Like
A Fat White Man with a tremendous range, tone and on occasions vibrato. None of them his own though.
Sometime Musician, Sometime very good Singer, sometimes very bad. Just occasionally sublime. I was that Fat Slug. I still might be.
Bands: Low Water Mark, Killer Hill Band, so very nearly Julien (or was it Julian) for a while, Redline, Purple Rose, almost Canis Strange, Bert Weedon's Inspiration, Rough Trade/ Barra Boys, Hogwash who became the All-Star Armourdillos at the Hog in Armour, Blue in the Face, The Awakening, Fat Slug's All Star Blues Band, Soul Stealers, F-MOB/Crazy Legs.

Hi Mike!
Thanks for the add and the kind words.
Hope all is well.
Sorry about the lateness of the answer.
Can a bee be said to be, when half the bee is not a bee, due to some ancient injury?
Take care :)
Cheers,
Elmo
