Mikey and the Scallywags are an original story telling band of musicians mixing an eclectic blend of Folk-Rock-Gypsy-Hip hop and Bluegrass. The band formed in the summer of 2010 and has been steadily gaining ground ever since. Based in Galway, Ireland the band is made up of 5 experienced musicians. They have recently recorded their 6 track debut EP, set for release in September.
