    Acting (on stage since kindergarten; recently for TV/film), writing (lyrics, poems, short stories, novels, scripts), drawing, painting, singing, learning to play the guitar, dancing, reading, playing on the computer. And I've just discovered that myspace has karaoke!!! I'm completely diggin that! My kids think I've gone nuts! Perhaps I have.

    My favorite genre is horror, but more along the lines of the old greats w/ Bela Lugosi, Boris Karloff, Lon Chaney Jr., etc. But a few of my favorite movies are Harvey w/ James Stewart, Arsenic & Old Lace w/ Cary Grant, On Golden Pond, Van Helsing w/ Hugh Jackman, the Mummy movies w/ Brendan Fraser, The Green Mile, and Mel Gibson's The Passion.

    Hmmmm...don't watch TV & haven't in quite awhile. But I used to like to watch Full House, ER, pretty much anything on National Geographic and Discovery.

  • Libri

    The Bible, Frank Peretti books, The Green Mile, most Christian books, Love Life for Every Married Couple (a must read for anyone contemplating marriage or who is married), this book I read many years ago but I don't remember the name. It was basically the diary of a young girl named Fannie. Quite humurous.

I'm a single mom of two. I'm a born-again Christian believing that Jesus is the Son of God, that He came to earth to live then die a horrible death, rose from the grave and then He ascended to Heaven. I believe He did all of that because He loved us so much that He wanted to provide a way for us to get to heaven, too, so we could spend eternity with Him. Without His sacrifice, we are all destined to hell because none of us is worthy to be in the presence of God. I'm an actress trying to get three SAG vouchers so I can join the union. I've got 2, praise God. I try to be a witness on set by reading my Bible and praying before eating. So far, most everytime I read the Bible and/or pray, someone says something which starts a conversation about God and what I believe. I also work at Massage Envy as a massage therapist. And my children and I volunteer at an animal rescue shelter. They mostly have cats but also have a few rabbits. We are in need of donations to continue to feed the animals and buy other necessities (cat litter, straw, etc.). We are a no-kill foundation. Also, these beautiful animals are looking for good, loving homes. I'm not looking for a boyfriend.     Look at life from the perspective of what you have NOW, what you are grateful for NOW. If you continue to look into the PAST as to what you have lost, when you open your PRESENT, you will not like what you get. However, by focusing firmly on where you are directing your FUTURE by thinking on those things which are good and pure and what you do want to happen, as you unfold your PRESENT, you will find the gift that you know you really want. And, it really is that simple. As a wise person once said: If you believe you can't, you're rightif yet if you believe you CAN, you're right. What do you believe? :)

    The trick is to stay focused on what you want to happen and let go of what you do not... cuz if you keep seeing things as they are, convincing yourself that you "have to" because that's reality, then it will always be your reality. want to change? it's as simple as changing the who, what, how, why and when of what you look at and FOCUS on... DAILY :)

Truly successful people even say they are successful because they have failed more than anyone they know. They keep trying and each time it doesn’t work, it’s just a learning experience.     Put it this way, you CANNOT get hung up on when something doesn’t go your way. If you stay fixated on the failure, then you cut off the other two steps: Learn and Succeed. Fight the temptation to dwell on the failure with EVERYTHING you’ve got. Get excited about failing! Then Learn, Then Succeed!!!

    If you want grass to grow, you need to “plant it,” water it and take care of it.
    If you want beautiful smelling flowers, you need to plant “beautiful smelling flowers,” water them and take care of them. Whatever you want in your garden, you need to plant it, water it, take care of it.
    Now, sometimes your garden will have weeds and you need to pull them out. The thing about weeds… they grow automatically, rather you plan them or not.
