Hi! My name is Mik or Mike. Love to compose music.)) My favs - violin in jazz and New-Age piano. Music impresses or not and not important what quality of play and record. In the childhood has been raised on Country and Bluegrass. Beginning play in 9 years on 4 string domra (like mandoline). In 10 years given first concert on a school stage. In 11 years, went to learn the violin, but the teacher said that too late, and since then I began to search the sound that sing like a violin, or even better... After Army (2 years of AirForces) studied in conservatory as orchestra's conductor. Learn to play on all tools that comes across under a hand, but it is more on a electric-guitar, mandoline, banjo and a harmonica. Try to mix styles and make from this a cocktail ;-) The main idea of my compositions - to unite a thought, flight and pleasure... And that in each song has been incorporated all life, from a birth till old age with its sufferings and joy. As for my understanding of music - "paint should be juicy". To be more precise - can not lie within the frame of music style. I need a "flight shot from the cannon". Where and why - then investigate ..;-))) I am absolutely assured that all we compose and receive inspiration -it from Heavens, from God! We only tools, which catch these waves... Music for me - not the amplifiers on the stage, it is "the breath of soul"... Only play guitar instead of singing and using the language of strings...;) "Music should elevate consciousness, otherwise, it does not make sense". A.Y. My big dreams was to work and create soundtracks for the film/TV. Currently working in a big collaboration with Trabue Gentry: http://www.ourstage.com/fanclub/trabue Early influences: Deep Purple, Nazareth, AC/DC, Slade... Now a greater riddle for me is Scott Henderson and Jordan Rudess - not them harmonic concept, but their thinking... Substantive equipment: Yamaha Pacifica 412v and Elixir strings.
