The Saints have just finished their latest release " Warm Soul Sunshine" due out as a CD and Vinyl LP in December 2008 on Moon Caravan Records.
Their sound is roots-based, melodic folk rock (think of The Band,Dylan, Neil Young ) The line up is erstwhile Englishman Stephen Ineson, who originally came to the U.S. for a national tour with TVT recording artists The Jack Rubies, keyboard player Lee Kirby, drummer and harmony vocalist, Ed Root, latest recruit Roberto Morales playing electric and acoustic guitars, and Smitty on lap steel guitar, David Kaminski on bass, and guesting vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Joyce Bowden (who has worked with Tom Tom Club. David Byrne, Jerry Harrison, Joey Ramone and Arthur Russell) Joyce also devotes time to her solo career. Also Will McFarlane, Muscles Shoals and Rock n' Roll Hall of Famer plays on New Found Land.
Columnist Seth Rogovoy, in his syndicated column the "Beat" recently characterized the sound of the band as "a timeless fusion of folk and soul music reminiscent of The Band but with distinctive touches all its own",

After pre-release tours in Colorado and Georgia, Dehlia Low’s new full-length cd “Tellico” will be presented for the first time in Asheville this Thursday at the Grey Eagle ($8/10, thegreyeagle.com)! Several cuts off the new disk can be heard on at www.myspace.com/dehlialow and live takes of a few of the songs will be performed Thursday afternoon on WNCW 88.7FM. Thursday night’s show will also be a chance for those of you who didn’t make it to Merlefest to hear Lyons, Colorado’s own Spring Creek Bluegrass Band, who are also preparing to release a new disk next month. Dehlia Low will also be joined by “Tellico” producer Jon Stickley of the Shannon Whitworth band. We hope to see you out and thanks for supporting live, original, and local music.
Last Minute blast to all our myspace friends telling you about a few announcements. First off....this Saturday we will be performing at Little Tree Studios in Avondale, GA for any of you Georgia folks, it is a part of a great event called Avondale Arts District Holiday Showy . We will be joined by Pierce Edens as well!
