Milind Date is one of the most versatile musicians from India. Today, he has carved a niche for his excellent abilities of Bansuri - Bamboo Flute playing and composing. Milind is a senior performing disciple of world famous Bansuri virtuoso - Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. With more than 2000 performances to his credit, Milind has several award winning albums to his credit too.
He has studied not only Indian classical and folk music, but Jazz, Blues, Rock and World Music as well.
Milind is into production of albums. His produced albums are released both locally and internationally. Recently he has produced two important albums. 'Earth Concerto' and Angeli's self titled album. Earth Concerto is a World music project, where as Angeli's album is a mainstream American Pop music project.
Milind has his own workstation where he does most of his production work. He has very good quality studio monitors and microphones. Milind is known from his excellence in handling music softwares.
