What our customers are saying about the Mill City Farmers Market!
My wife and I went last weekend, this time buying two jars of Francisco's Salsa. Other than the small crush Emily has for Francisco, his salsa is simply spectacularly fresh and tasty. In your next Market Update email you should really mention this guy's salsa! -Ryan
I visited the Mill City Farmer's Market for the first time this Saturday.I love it!!!The Market is beautiful, easy to get to, high quality! I love the mix of products offered as I am going to be able to do most of my shopping there. Based on my fabulous experience, my neighborhood is planning a standing Saturday bike ride to the Market. Thank you for this jewel!

My family is new to Minnesota - but, we were able to find out about Mothers Day last year at the Mill City Farmers Market. It was the greatest Mothers Day for me to date!!! :) I can't wait to go again, and I've been telling friends that I have met here how much fun and special it was.
Thank you!-Tami
My husband and I are moving from Los Angeles, CA to the Twin Cities area in a couple of weeks. We look forward to our weekly trip to our local Farmers Market, loading up on locally grown produce and artisan products and look forward to continuing this tradition at the Mill City Farmers Market.
Best to You,

We just discovered your market in August. Returning is such a joy, as vendors actually remember us. Everything is wonderful. Thanks for your work.
We really love your market and will keep coming back!
Thanks,
Gary
So here is the joy of this week. We bought pepper jam (Blueberry and
Raspberry), brown eggs, Francisco's Pico de Gallo and Sour Dough Bread from
other venders at Mill City. That was $25. So was that expensive or a
bargain? We have tasted it so we know. We hope someday you will know too.

The Wedge Coop provided seed money and Minneapolis based Duffy & Partners donated branding and design services. It was led by Alex Hoag, Executive Director and Marjorie Hegstrom, Market Manager.
Our mission is to promote local, sustainable and organic agriculture, increasing economic opportunities for farmers, urban youth, small businesses and food artisans. To offer experiential learning about and access to healthy local foods, and build a vibrant gathering place for Minneapolis residents and visitors.
