My primary interest is LIFE! I love experiencing all that life has to offer. Traveling is one of my favorite activities, meeting new people, learning new cultures, experiencing new cuisines from all over the World. I embrace life. The greatest joy, is being able to find something interesting and exciting in even the simplest of things.
Music
I like a variety of music. I like the hair band rock of the '80's, pop, jazz, classical, and some rap and hip hop. If it sounds good, it doesn't matter what "category" it's in.
Movies
Action movies that have some thought behind them (well, a little anyway). Mission Impossible I, II, & III, Die Hard I & II, love the Rush Hour movies, anything with Jackie Chan. Bruce Lee films.
Comedies, Shanghai Noon & Knights, Jim Carey movies, Pixar films.
Television
With my schedule? Television is one of the biggest waste of time. I'll admit, it's entertaining to some degree, but that's all it should be, just a form of occasional entertainment - not a full time career. Imagine all that you could do, accomplish, change, and empower with the time you waste watching television.
Every hour spent watching television, could be used to grow and develop your mind, and bring you one step closer to your dreams and goals. Millionaires spend their time learning and growing. The Financially Challenged, spend their time watching television. How do you want to spend your time?
Books
I still remember one of the first novels I read and how it captivated my attention. Love intelligently written books.
Of course, big fan of personal development. Unlimited Power, Awaken The Giant Within, Think and Grow Rich. Any of Tony Robbins materials, Napolean Hill, "Make It Big" by Frank McKinney.

I am a professional real estate investor with over 17 years of experience in a wide variety of areas of real estate investment. The real secret to creating Wealth, is in developing the person; having the right belief systems, taking the right actions, and overcoming the fears that limit you.
Face it, the Wealthy think differently and approach things from a very different mindset. They didn't develop that mindset "after" they became Wealthy, they became Wealthy "because" they developed that mindset.

"I'll learn all this personal development stuff later, just teach me how to make money!" That's the attitude of most people, they don't make the connection between developing a Wealth Mindset, and creating Wealth. They see personal growth as just a hobby that they'll do after they achieve success. But it is key to achieving success in the first place.
While I do teach my clients and associates the intricacies of the mechanics of Real Estate Investing, I also incorporate developing the proper mindset and other skills vital to their Success (Note: While I specialize in Real Estate Investing, I also coach Entrepreneurs in many other careers as well).
"Where in the World did this guy come from?"
I have never been one to just "settle" for an ordinary life. Even at a young age I was always interested in doing something different, and living an extraordinary life. I just had to find the vehicle to take me there. Something that would allow me to achieve my dreams and live the kind of life I deserved. Once I discovered Real Estate Investing, I fell it love with it. It had the potential for huge profits, allowed a flexible schedule, and I could be my own boss. We were a perfect match and I plunged into it wholeheartedly.
Since 1990 I have been a professional real estate investor working in a variety of areas of real estate investing such as rentals, rehabs, pre-foreclosures, REO's, tax sales, wholesaling, L/O's, etc. All with great success. Along with real estate investment, I am also a Foreign Currency Trader (FOREX), Personal Success Coach, NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer, Consultant, Speaker, Author, and Podcaster.
I got on the fast track to success in real estate investing early on and learned the secrets to making money fast in this game - I don't play around (but I do have fun). I went from making less than $10,000 per year working part-time, to building a net cash flow over six-figures in just 18 months.
Along my own road to success, I became interested in the success of others - namely why some people succeeded, while others only met with frustration and failure. Over the years I have extensively studied successful people and have educated myself in many different areas of personal development and success achievement. As an NLP'er I study the patterns of success and failure at a deep, subconscious level. I’ve learned what makes the difference, and I pass that on to my clients and associate who benefit from my many years of experience as a real estate investor, business consultant, speaker and personal success coach.
