Mimosmysly is a music project from Prague, Czech republic which was founded in 2005. Originally it was formed by singer Honza Hejl, guitarist Ondrej "Dirt" Sova, bassist Vojtech "voice" Karvanek and drummer Etienne Levi (Stepan Ondrich) and started to play auctorial hard-rock music.
During 2005 and 2006 there were a few gigs in clubs in Prague and neighbourhood and also some changes in the group. After Etiennes moving new drummer David Strnad came and Honza Hejl also leaves the band later. So since autumn 2006 Mimosmysly are formed by next new drummer Jirka "Smejky" Smejkal, new singer Jakub Forejt, Dirt and voice. Along with these changes, Mimosmysly started to play rock-crossover music. In summer 2007 Mimosmysly recorded EP "Smysly", but then Jakub Forejt left the band.
In November 2007 new singer Adela came to Mimosmysly and we were working on new songs. Some of them you can find on our NEW EP!!

Just a quickie to let you know that our debut EP is going to be released on Tuesday 5th June @ Centre Stage in Bournemouth. It would be great to see you if you can make it for the launch night. The EP will cost a mere 5 earth pounds.....So put it in your diary !!
If you can't make the launch night, it will also be available online (both as CD and as a download) from the 6th June.
