My name is Mimpstar and I am one half of the group 3D Glasses. I've been rapping for 4 years, and I started taking it seriously this year. I've been producing beats since last year. Im 16 currently in high school, and part of an organization named "Pure music". We spread youth empowering messages through music around rhode island. Moving on, I record with Adobe Audition at home and at school I use Pro Tools. I make beats with FL Studio 5 ,Reason, and Garageband. One of my goals is to be proficient in every composition program so I can create a instrumental anywhere. I mainly produce hip hop and variations of hip hop. I can also produce rock, electro, pop, and r&b songs. I play the keyboard for majority of my stuff,and I sample occiasionally. I consider myself one of the best artists in providence because of my creativity, and song quality. I will only collab with and produce for artists that have a good quality microphone, or outstanding mastering skills with a low quality microphone. I usually charge for my beats, unless I feel that a beat would match a certain artist perfect.
