Couples to meet, interact socially and be a part of a sophisticated social community. Livin' and Lovin' New York City is something we've been doing for years, but with full-time jobs and other responsibilities we know it can be hard to find a way to just take a minute and enjoy life. So MBNS was started to do all the work for you. We find the hot spots, the unique and interesting activities, the sweet deals. We negotiate with businesses, vendors, restaurants, clubs, organizations to bring you the best of the City. All we do is plan... All you do is show up!...and that's how Mind Body N Socials was born.
We believe that we all have different ways to play, that's why Mind Body N Socials aims to consistently offer a variety of events so that no matter what your personality type or interest area, your social needs will be met. We add a creative twist to all our events-designed to get people talking, meeting and mingling in unique ways. Most of the venues we work with are primarily in HARLEM. Whatever your pleasure, we’ve got it. Hot and sizzling parties, poetry nights, bowling, card tournaments, and wine tastings…just to name a few. We always provide a unique experience to satisfy your Mind, Body, and Soul!
As strong supporters of artists, musicians, entrepreneurs and ambitious professionals, we are always looking for collaborative ways to build mutually beneficial social and business relationships. So if you have a talent, service or idea that you would like to share we are all ears.
Most of our members are African-American, Latino & Other Culturally Diverse Urban Professionals ages 25-45 years old. However we are very open to all who have a respect for others and a healthy zest for life!
