Mind Killa (real name is Feodor Balashov) - one of representatives of Moscow d'n'b and dubstep scene. Has started to take interest in drum&bass music in 2003. At that time already begun assimilating the experience of electronic music production. In 2007 started playing in Moscow clubs, becoming member of BioSynth Promo-group. In his performance prefers dark and experimental sound with some hip-hop influence – generally it is darkstep, hardstep d’n’b and breakcore. Since 2008 started engaging in dubstep music also.

Collaborating with many artists, such as DJ Darrel, Dead Phantoms, Force of Choice, Automatixx, Triamer, Soundwall, Colours, Mechanical Freaks, Dysphory, Prolific etc.

Have releases on labels: Section 8, Foulplay, Darkbox, Mindocracy. Have forthcomings on others. Mind Killa is a demo-manager and assistant of Tech Cycle Recordings.

Also, wishing to embody his “alter-ego”, he has founded the side-project, called Counterphase (www.myspace.com/counterphasemusic) – this is ambient, lounge, atmospheric and soulful drum&bass, dubstep. Under this name working with netlabels Elpa Music and iD.Eology.
