I could keep the typical bio here about all the accolades and praises I've received of my voice and music and still there would be some that would say, "you should improve your guitar playing" or "I don't like you vibrato" or "I don't understand your lyrics". Well here's the difference between me and most musicians - I don't care what you like or don't like because I make music to heal myself. I make it for me, and my dad because he listens to it non-stop and is my 1 fan! Some musicians want or need to make a living doing music and depend on the opinions of others. I am not one of those musicians. I love my husband, family, and career way too much to throw it away chasing a dream in an industry that is only seeking money and not true thought.
So if you're wondering why I even have a myspace if I don't care what others think, just think of this: If a tree falls in the forest, does it really make a sound? The answer is: it makes a sound wave, and IF there is something there to attenuate it and process it, like an ear, it will hear a sound. The same is true for me.
If you like the music, then I am happy to have graced your ears. If you don't like it, that is fine, we can't please everyone:)
