Can you learn to obey God on this one, you know just love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:39)...Can you see someone for the first time ever, no matter who they are, and just love them just because, just love them....not for what they bring to the table, or not because you find them attractive, or not because of what they can do for you, but can you just go beyond their skin color, or their age, or their faith, or their place of origin, or what they have done or said to you, and just love them because God said so...
You know what the difference is between love and judgement...one enrages a person, and the other soothes their soul. A person who judges cant even tell the difference, until they see past themselves.
.. Courtesy is the universal language understood the world over. It gives its possessor passport to every hamlet, town and city round the globe. It opens doors and hearts. Politeness twice blesses him who gives it and him who recieves it. The rewards are invaluable, and the cost is nothing.
.. It thinks considerately, speaks thoughtfully, listens patiently, and thus lubricates the wheels of friction in a grinding society. It shows civility and culture. Moreover, it is contagious. More people need to be exposed. It needs to spread.
.. And Julius courteously entreated Paul.... Acts 27:3
.. Remember: "We cannot always oblige; but we can always speak obligingly." Take care and God bless you. Much love, Dee
May the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound and be overflowing (bubbling over) with hope.Romans 15: 13
Blessed is he who sees his problems on his knees. Blessed is he who has an open mind. Blessed is he who does not "strain at a gnat and swallow a camel." Blessed is he who does not lose his child's heart. Blessed is he who chooses well the company he keeps. Blessed is he who does not blow hot and cold with the same breath. Blessed is he who tries a little harder when others say, "It can't be done."
.. Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not inquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. Psalm 32:2
.. Just some Beatitudes for Today. Take care & God bless you. Much Love Always, Dee
