Minister Patricia Taylor has been anointed by the Spirit of the Lord to preach the gospel to the poor, heal the brokenhearted, preach deliverance to the captives and recover sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised; to preach the acceptable year of the Lord. She also has as a goal to feed the hungry and cloth the naked. Minister Taylor is a native of Los Angeles, California. She is well known as an anointed psalmist. She formerly served as Minister of Music at the Rock of Faith Missionary Baptist Church where her late husband, the Reverend E. A. Taylor was Pastor. Additionally, while at Rock of Faith, Minister Taylor was a Sunday school teacher. Using her life as an example, Minister Taylor has illustrated the importance of being prepared for the work of the ministry. She completed the course of study at the Bethany Christian Bible College leading to a certificate in Systematic Christian Education. This course of Study focused on evangelism. In 1998 Minister Taylor accepted her calling to the gospel ministry. She furthered her education by attending the Crenshaw Christian Center Ministry Institute. When Minister Taylor graduated from the Institute in 2000, she earned the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Student with a 4.0 grade point average. Minister Taylor received her initial ministerial license from Crenshaw Christian Center. In 2004 she earned her Associate of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies from the Long Beach Bible Institute. That same year, she completed Ministerial Preparation at the Faithful Central Bible Church and was licensed by Bishop Kenneth C. Ulmer. Minister Taylor serves faithfully as one of the ministers at Faithful Central and she is also a CIT Growth Group leader, where she ministers to the woman of the church. Additionally, she preaches to hurting women at the Union Rescue Mission on skid-row. Through the word that she shares women are set free and delivered from the shackles of sin. She is also the founder of “Daughters of Faith Ministry” where she ministers to young women in order to bring them to a deeper understanding and experience of God, and motivate them to continue to grow in character and live a holy life. She also launched the ministry called “WORD ON WHEELS” where they take the gospel to homes to do what Jesus did; to teach, preach, heal and pray as the Spirit gives utterance. She currently attends Benny Hinn’s School of Ministry. Minister Pat has just launched her new CD entitled “Surrender” and she also made her debut as an actress in the Musical stage play "The Gift".
