Minos is a Las Vegas electronic music act, formed in August of 2005 by Producer/Songwriter Albert OH and Vocalist Angel B in Madrid, Spain. Minos's music can be described as "Future-Pop" but with influences from styles such as EBM, progressive trance and trip-hop. The duo creates a unique blend of gothic atmospheres, pulsating electronic beats and a trance-inducing vocals. Since 2005, the group has gained an underground following in Madrid's club scene and saw early success of its independant release of their track "Finding Home". In 2006, the duo will be performing live in select cities promoting their self-titled, self-released album.
What to Expect Live:
Minos is a lean and mean, dynamic multimedia performance. Angel B fronts the show with his commanding vocals and kinetic movements, while Albert OH operates the music with his electronic percussion setup and synths - all controlled by a single MacBookPro laptop computer. We have very strong female visuals onstage with the presence of our provacative and lovely "Minos Girls", dancing and swooning to the beat of our music. Our set usually lasts 45 minutes. With the music being dance oriented, we typically encourage the crowd to dance like no one is watching.
