Hello! My name is Jorge Villalobos. I'm a self-taught graphic/web designer and developer, originally from Ibague, Colombia, but currently living in the city of Toronto, Ontario, in Canada. I'm 23 years old, straight and currently in a relationship with a beautiful girl from Barranquilla, Colombia, named 'Karina Vergara'; she lives in Gainesville, Florida, U.S.A., but comes to visit me all the time. I have always been fascinated with design; with the years, my taste for it has become more technical and sophisticated. More recently I have been enchanted by the magic of minimalism. I've never had any sort of formal training in the field, unfortunately, because of my immigration and economical status in the countries I've resided in for the last 8 years, but hopefully, if everything works out as expected here in Canada, I will begin studying Architecture in a year or two. I have designed and developed a web-log, which I'm currently maintaining, called: 'minusfive | Life. Design. Minimalism.'. In it I intend to showcase my findings about good modern and minimalist design in all areas like architecture, art, web design, industrial design, etc. You can reach my blog here.
