I enjoy the simple things: spending time with my family, reading a good book, a good cup of hot coffee, a long hot bath. I love to bake just about anything, cakes, pies, breads, but especially cookies & cheesecakes.
I'm usually moving nonstop so anything that allows me the time to sit back and relax is a plus.
