Miq is a solo artist who has written and recorded a handfull of tasty pop songs. Although not an acronym, Miq (pronounced Mike) proves that three letters doesn't actually have to stand for anything. He has currently finished his 7th cd intitled "The Volume Settings" it is a touch of acoustic with a little bit of noize, shoegaze and a whole bunch of fun.......Miq has been recording on his own for a while now, he has a few songs that went to a few radio stations and was on the college radio circuit with the song "Listen" from the album other side of the q..I am currently working on my 8th Cd "Hymns" it is a collection of some old Hymns done with the taste of my own style, I am looking for a summer 08 release.
I co-wrote a song for the indie movie "April is my Religion", with my band Stasis Chamber. The movie was written and directed by Bill Boll, from St.Louis.
I also am looking forward to doing another Happy Gemini 3 project next year with Ian Baird of Spring Clock Wonder.

I found it to be hilarious! And sadly a bit comforting remembering that we were once that young and care-free! It really seems like just months ago - oh how things have changed! I DO tell my kids that they have one of the coolest moms ever though - lol! Things may have changed but I can't say I have much! :)
This week's TV Lost was really revealing as to who the people are after. Good old Ben. He sure got kicked around a lot tonight by Sawyer and John. What a show. Now we are learning about the people who came from the helicopter. What next?
