Who I'd like to meet: Honestly, anyone who is nice and genuine, "spring" people:
"When spring came, even the false spring, there were no problems except where to be happiest. The only thing that could spoil a day was people and if you could keep from making engagements, each day had no limits. People were always the limiters of happiness except for the very few that were as good as spring itself."
-A Moveable Feast by Hemingway

We are excited to announce our CD Release Show in Chicago is going to be at the Metro June 19th! This is going to be a HUGE show for us with our friends from American Taxi, so please help us in any way you can to spread the word!
Here are a couple of things we recommend doing:
1.) Invite people to our facebook event. This is one of the easiest/most effective ways to let people know about the show. Please take 5 minutes to invite your Chicagoland friends to the show here. Our goal is to have 5000 people invited!
2.) Post myspace bulletins. Another easy way to spread the word of Cavashawn. Let people know they need to come to Metro June 19th to see us!
3.) Pre-order tickets. Tickets have not gone on sale yet on Metro's website, but the link to buy tickets is here. You should be able to get them this week. Grab one for you and your friends!
That's all I got for now, but if you have any other suggestions to help promote our show please send us a message!

Things have been good here. I'm hoping I'll finally get a job I enjoy, or at least don't hate. Headed back to school in the fall, so y'know... optimistic. :) Still with Jessica, October was two years, and it's great. I'd definitely be up for some hanging out. Give me a call when you're in this neck of the woods. If you don't have my number, send me a message and I'll give it to you.

when is sxsw? i doubt i'll be able to make it though because i have absolutely no money. i quit my job last month so i've been living off what little money i had left haha i've been in waco for a week staying with my cousin. i'll be up here till march 13th. i'm working really hard on changing myself...starting with losing weight. i've lost 15 pounds so far. i've got a long way to go and it's been really tough but i'll make it. but while i'm working on my outside...i'm working on my inside being too. i feel sort of enlightened already and i'm no where near being done haha so it's a good feeling. what's been going on that's been tough?
