I love being a wife, a worshipper, a friend, a sister, a daughter. I love the worship of God. I love music. I love laughing!! I love hip hop!!! I love to dance!!! I love Starbucks, my cat, pajama days, the fall, swiss cheese, sweets, the chello, violins, play chase, playing chase, green lights, bargains, hardwood floors, anything vintage, not taking myself seriously, historical downtowns and houses, rugged jeans, pianos, sports, time to be creative, Mary Anne's pictures, when the underdog wins, decorating, a clean car.....
I love my team I serve with at 12Stone! They are amazing and I love worshipping the heart of God with them and yes, they fo sho know how to rock out!!! They are more than just great musicians and songwriters but they are just great people, life coaches, spiritual leaders.....they bring much joy and laughter and have taught me and still teaching me how to do life and do life with God all at the same time.
I have a deep passion for people from all generations and cultures to worship God and to see them become fully who they were meant to be through the power of His presence and through the all inclusive power of worship. I love when worshipping in song He arrives and makes Himself known and is just among us....when we find ourselves with God and when we find that the most deepest part of who we are connects with his heart. The heart find's its home and we begin to see the picture of who we are and our definition and we find ourselves highly esteemed, alive, receiving clarity, validity in just being who we are and who we were meant to be. In His presence is when we find that we are not just a small part of this life but that our role is huge is accomplishing God's purposes in the Earth.

Love the new tune "my refuge". We've been playing "because of your love" in our teen band since last year @ Stetson. I'm thinkin' "My Refuge" needs to get in the playlist now. Thanks for all you do Miriam. - Steve

hey!!! you are absolutly amazing. our church was at student life camp at stetson! i dont think we have ever had a better worship leader!!! we actually have downloaded your some of the songs like because of your love and sing it on wednesday nights... you guys should come to pensacola, fl some time.
Hey Miriam! We let my 6 year old, Angelina stay in the service today to watch us worship. I asked what her what her favorite part of the day was. She said "when that girl sang that pretty slow song". It was you singing "Hosanna". Really fun weekend!
