Hailing from the burgeoning metropolis of Racine, Wisconsin (and yes, she's seen "A League of Their Own"), singer-songwriter Miriam Brosseau recently moved to Chicago to test out the musical waters down south. Though she considers herself a solo artist, Miriam has had bands in the past playing with artists like Alan Jay Sufrin, with whom she released a 5 song acoustic demo in 2004, and pianist Big Joe Kennedy. She was also a featured artist on Ryme C's "Missing You" from his debut album, "Last Man Standing." Her full-length acoustic album, "The Promising Pupil Parade," is due to be released in summer of 2000 something. Until then, Miriam is working on a project with her fabulous boyfriend, Alan Jay Sufrin.
Miriam and Alan recently started a biblegum pop project called "Stereo Sinai." They are taking a bold initiative in attempting to use original Hebrew verses from the Bible and traditional Jewish liturgy to create funky, dance-able pop music. Stereo Sinai will officially launch in June of 2008- check back for updates!

YEAH miriam. Sounds good. YEAH. Hope Chicago is treating you well. I am digging and living it up in Vegas. I will be getting my Masters Degree in Jazz Piano Performance. Just an update. I recorded my 2nd CD with Jared Logan on Drums and Mike Gudbaur on Bass. I have no money from the move so I am not pressing it yet, but you can hear two of the tracks on myspace. The first two. Also, my website will have samples up soon, today or monday. Take a listen. Hope all is well. We should get Josh and Willie back for a Furthur Reunion concert. I think it would be truely fun. Just a thought, maybe in 10 years or who knows. Chew on it.
When you get a chance, I'd love for you to check out my first U.S. single release, called "Jesse." You can buy it on iTunes and in music stores or hear it now on my myspace page or my website, www.ivrilider.com/english.
I really hope you enjoy it, and if so, please tell your friends about it.
Sweet. I'm so glad you finally decided to be on MySpace Music. It's about time the web got exposed to your music. You are, after all, a truly amazing artist and I hope you never forget that.
